Jolly Puppy Reviews (%countItem)

Last December I inquired about purchasing a puppy from the website. I receive the following message via email:
We are thrilled to know that you are interested to purchase. See transaction info bellow and proceed to purchase ASAP. Prices are currently reduced because
we are having our 5th Year Anniversary Sales.
PUPPY CHIHUAHUA (Bomi)
SEX MALE
AGE 09 WEEKS OLD
PRICE $499 USD
HOME DELIVERY FREE
TOTAL $499 USD

I made payment via Western Union. Later I was contacted about needing to pay an additional amount, ($1,000) for a crate. When I tried to comply via Western Union, I was informed that this was a known scam.

I have since tried to get my money back, but discovered that the email account & website have been shut down.

I Paid $400.00 for a puppy and I paid $1000.00 for shipping charges and the puppy was never sent to me. It was all a scam, I want them to be shut down and I would like my money back. I know that's probably not going to happen.

You are able to order dogs and they are shipped at no extra charge, the special was for $499 (sent Western Union or Zelle) should have been my first red flag, but Zelle is used with most banks/credit unions. The shipping to have your dog sent was free, however, the Airline then tells you the weather is bad and you need a special crate to ship them in, the cost is between $1000 and $1250 (must be sent Western Union or Zelle) my second red flag, that is when I decided not to move forward and only be out the $499. The crate would be refundable after flight, why then would I pay only to NOT be refunded since I had to pay via Western Union or Zelle? Please beware this is a scam as they got me. The website was nice and the chat session, but today the chat person "Jerry" is no longer chatting with me and I only asked about the address and a phone number to contact them. It is TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. Lesson learned, the hard way.

I am still waiting for shipping instructions regarding the purchase of Leah! I have sent several emails but no response? Why is that I wonder ?
If you have no intention of shipping the dog you must refund my money immediately! I expect to hear from you ASAP.
Should I not hear from you today I will be contacting the local police department, giving them your address ***nd reporting a theft/fraud and will pursue pressing charges. I will also contact a lawyer, Facebook and any other means necessary to get my refund.

What is her actual birthday? Are there any additional charges other than the $499.00 before the puppy is sent?

This business is a total scam. They say they are going to provide you with a service to get a puppy to you and take your money still not puppy and asking for more money for additional special services.

Posh-Puppy.com & their air carrier AmericanAirCarries.com are complete frauds despite what they say on their websites, emails or chats. They require you to use Zelle for payments & deposits - stating that your money is fully refundable. I have tried repeatedly for them to cancel my order & cancel delivery of a puppy I tried to order, they refuse to comply. They keep demanding more money and won't abide by their word.
I lost $1500.00 to them. I am ashamed for letting myself be scammed so.

I paid for (2) toy poodles to be delivered to my home in Halethrope, MD. near BWI.
I wanted to pick them up.but company said I could not.
after I paid $799 for (2) toy poodles HERSHEY AND TOBY., I RECEIVED A TEXT FROM THE TRANSPORTER. it would cost me a deposit of $1996 for heated crates on 11-28-19.and I paid it.
the next day I received an email from the transporter that I needed insurance for a deposit of $1500 OR THEY would not ship them. I checked with SOUTHWEST AND UNITED AIRLINES AND THEY BOTH STATED INSURANCE ON PETS IS NOT REQUIRED. I the seller said I would have to deal directly with the transporter and no refunds until the puppies are delivered.

Saw an email on my home page from Puppies.spot.com (puppies-spot.com) advertising tiny toy poodles for sale, half off for $499.00. I chatted with a Matt who said the puppy I was interested in, was available and If purchased, it included the shipping and delivery to my house. Payment was sent through Zelle from my bank, no credit cards accepted. There were red flags but I ignored them. After money was sent, I received an email from Matt that puppy would be shipped the next morning from American Air Carriers advising when puppy was on plane and would be delivered to my house. I received the email but was advised weather was hazardous and puppy would need to be shipped in a climate controlled crate for $1800.00 to be reimbursed once puppy was delivered. I didn't send the money and when I emailed Puppies.spot.com the website was suspended as well as the air carrier's website. Definitely a scam.

Buisness is listed on the internet under a different name, same address. Just different name. They are advertising selling puppies with free shipping. I Purchased a dog and there is no way to contact them for a refund. Because I never got the dog found out they don't exist. And are listed under puppy scammer list.

I thought I was on the website thepuppyspot.com and in fact I was on the website the***. I saw a promotion going on for Cavalier King Charles puppies and I wanted to surprise my family with one. I did a live chat with "Mike S and set-up getting a puppy. I never used Zelle before and was told that was the only form of payment the breeder accepted. I paid $499 on 9/10/19. Then after not getting any sort of receipt or confirmation, I realized I did not have the right website. I immediately checked the company on Revdex.com and saw the F rating and issues. I was very scared. I then received an email from puppies-spot saying they got my payment and a puppy would be delivered 10/9 as discussed. I immediately called the number in the email and tried to cancel the entire transaction. Mike S said that he would reimburse my $499 at 9 am on 9/11/19. Not only has he not reimbursed me back the money, my cell number was rejected when I tried to call. When I called from my house phone, he picked up and talked to me. He said that the money would come back and that he didn't have access to the account right then. Then when I called from my house phone again, that number was also rejected. I have texted him several times, sent multiple emails and called numerous times (even with it saying phone # rejected) - it still makes the phone ring and at one point he picked up and then hung up. I called Zelle to no avail - they could not help in any way. They said he had to send the money back to me. I called PNC and they said they couldn't do anything b/c I used Zelle (which was on the PNC app!) I am beside myself. I did not get a puppy, I cancelled within less than an hour of making the Zelle payment - notified seller and I am out the $499. He said verbally I would get my money back. I did not get any products or goods and I paid and no refund. Website says full refunds, etc. All lies. And Zelle and PNC had no recourse or help of any sort. PNC should not advertise Zelle when PNC themselves doesn't back Zelle and Zelle has no backing. This is the first and last time I will ever use Zelle. Meanwhile, Mike S will not return emails, phone calls, texts or anything and I google earthed his address - a building that is not a "home" company and he isn't even on the building sign. What protection do I have? How do I fight this and help others not get duped/scammed?

I have been looking to buy a puppy when I found a poodle puppy on puppies-spot.com https://puppies-spot.com/britney-poodle/ I had contacted a man named Mike S gave me the information about the puppy. He told me to use an app called Zelle to pay for her she was $499 in total and I was told the shipping is free. I later got an email form the airlines stating I have to pay $988 for a special crate to ship her. I contacted Mike asking why the company cannot do this, he said they cannot. I asked for a refund, and he stated " As states on our Terms and condition on our website, We can only cancel a puppy after it has been delivered to buyer or beffore it leaves our facitlity." I cannot contact him anymore, I was scammed when I told im the FAQ policey – 30 Days 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.

Within 30 days of purchase of puppy, buyer can return the puppy at any time (no questions asked) for a full refund.

To activate the money back guarantee, you can call or email us, within 24 hours of request, we shall provide a return ticket for puppy along with a cheque equivalent to the full amount of purchase.

I PURCHASED A PUPPY THAT ADVERTISED FREE SHIPPING BUT THE MERCHANT IS NOT LIVING UP TO THEIR AGREEMENT. THEY ALSO ADVERTISED AN 100% GUARANTEED REFUND. THAT'S WHAT I REQUESTED BUT HAVE NOT GOTTEN ANY RESPONSE FROM THEM. NEED YOUR ASSISTANCE. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.

PremierPupps.com advertised they were selling 'teacup' Chihuahua pups for $500. The ad said all of the items were taken care of. We sent the money thru the Zelle system in our bank (not via a credit card) on 8/19/19. We were notified the pup was ready to be shipped. The next thing we new a company called American Air Carriers told us that because the pup was under 20 weeks old, an 'insurance certificate' had to be gotten from them (which 'law' was created yesterday (8/18/19) which had to be paid for by Zelle or Western Union for $1,200, of which 98% would be 'refunded when the puppy was delivered'). We told them this was not part of the deal and they said the pup would be 'animal cruelty and abandoned' and the owner would be subject to jail time. We told them that we could not afford to send $1,200 in cash (being Zelle or Western Union) and they continued with the above threat.

Ordered a puppy online from Premier Pupps they stated the cost was 499. and they had a application on their website in order to pay for it which is Zelle, I downloaded the program the but the program never worked I contacted Premier Pupps back and I said well you can go to Western Union and you can pay it there make a copy of the purchase and send it to us Mr. Young P and he would put the puppy on the plane .well that didn’t happen we received another email from Premier Pupps stating that they had the puppy at the airport but due to weather the puppy could not be *** that he would need a thermal electric crate in order to be shipped and that the cost of that was $1200 but was fully refundable upon receipt of the puppy so I went back to Western Union got a additional money order I guess and sent to them for $1230 made a copy of it and send it to Premier Pupps I received a email from United Air Carrier’s stating that I needed to send them a copy of the money order from Western Union which I did they said they will be putting the puppy on the plane that night coming from Pennsylvania to Arkansas we waited and never heard anything the next day I received an additional email stating that they tried to put the puppy on the plane but that there was a problem that a law that was just pass yesterday stating that the puppy would require health insurance which would be an additional $1200 I have not and would not pay that so I called him and told him that I had talk to the airlines and I said no that medicine insurance was not required. Mr. Robert I stated the puppy would be shipped today. We still have not received the puppy. Several emails have been sent to both Premier Pupps and United Air Carrier.

Fri, Aug 16, 5:16 PM As of 4:14 pm my tracking account with

United Air Carrier has been cancelled, this morning it showed

That the puppy was on hold.

I purchased one of their puppies through Zelle and my bank for $499.00.This was to include free shipping. They called and wanted me to buy $1150 crate
I ordered and paid for a puppy from Premier Pupps online website on July 23, 2019 through my bank Wells Fargo using Zelle in the amount of $499. This was to include free shipping and delivery because of a promotion they were having. The next day they call and say they want me to purchase a special crate to send the dog in that was refundable upon delivery. Because of the weather they were having in Pennsylvania. Said it was very hot. The website said they ship the dogs in the cabin area and they came with a free plastic crate. The crate cost $1150. there is no where on their website stating any additional costs. They tried putting it off on the shipping company which I also found out is non existent. Here are the number(s) I was using to contact the puppy shop. ***. The guy sounded like a foreignor but his name was Mike. The address is

Sent them $499.00 by Zelle for purchase of puppy...that was to include shipping
Shipper called...needed to use a refundable crate...needed $995.00..Western Union tracking *** on July 29. Then wanted additional 1200.00 refundable for insurance....finally understood...accepted the crate issue with the intense heat. Offered to come and pick up puppy...they would not allow me

I paid this individual $499.00 to purchase a puppy he advertised on the internet. He guaranteed I would pay no more than the afore mentioned price. I was later notified by the company he chose for transportation that I would be required to pay a minimum of $975 in order to have the dog shipped in a specialty cage. He has since blocked my number and refuses to refund my money or answer any type of communication I attempt with him. If he sells these puppies for a living, he had to know about this addition in cost. I feel he is running a "scam" and should be stopped from doing this to anyone else.
Product_Or_Service: Bichon Frise puppy

previously looked online for a puppy.checked into a ligit website Premier Pupps, saw there were pups for sale and once I started to look inot this a box came up for inquiry. so I gave my info and stated I was interested in purchasing a yorkie puppy named Leah and saw it was on sale for $499 I could not belive this price. received an email back stating it was so and I could purchase the puppy through Zelle pmt which I did also stated shipping was free within 48 hrs of pmt I would recive my puppy. I received a call 2 days later from "United Carrier" stating I need to confirm my email and invoice and they would send pup. when I checked email it was requesting additional $1000 + for a special crate also to be paid by Zelle pmt cash only. I contacted Mike at Premier pupps who said he would sort it out. mean time I looked into the number of the carrier and it alerted as a scam linked to Premier pupps. when I got back to premier pupps he would no longer answer my call so I emailed him that I would like my refund for pup he stated there is no refund even though I was guaranteed a full refund with 30 days of purchase. He said I need to pay the extra $1000 for the crate receive my pup then I could get a refund. I told him that if the crate was refundable and he guaranteed free shipping then he should be held responsible. He was very abrupt and cut off communication in which I did alert him that I knew of the scam . from what I can see online both said companies are legit but are being tapped into by scammers .

I was recently bamboozled out of $799.00 in attempts to purchasing a puppy from www.premierpupps.com , where they asked that I send a zelle payment to purchase my toy poodle. Once the puppy was purchased the “supplier disappeared , they stopped answering my emails and calls . I tried contacting my bank because that is how I sent the zelle payment but after investigation they basically told me that they couldn’t help because of the 3rd part app . Today I tried calling the number that has been communicating with me prior to me sending the payment and it says "the text free number you are trying to reach is unavailable"
I have been scammed out of almost $1000.00 and would like to take action that this sort of thing does not ever happen to anyone else .

I paid for a pup that was to be delivered free. Then I got email that said I needed to pay a refundable fee for a crate, I sent the site a message and they said they'd check into it and never heard back. So I asked for a refund and they still will not contact me. This was a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. I feel sure it's a scam now. Please look into this so others don't get suckered into it.
