I ordered a dress for prom on April 26thI followed my tracking and noticed [redacted] said there was an address issue, I called and they didnt have my apartment numberI gave it to them and they said it would be delivered on May 4th, it never cameOn Friday May 5th, I checked tracking and again it said they needed address infoI called agin with my apartment number and it was to be delivered that day and again, it never cameThe company [redacted] told me they dont deliver on weekends, so prom came and went and I had no dressI contacted Jollyprom.com via email and never got a response on how to go about getting a refundI even went to where they have a chat on thier website and no one would "chat" with meThe dress made it Monday and its in a bag, unopened and all I want is a refundIt clearly states on Jollyproms website that a refund can be made if there was a delivery issueIt also says I have days to contact them to get paperwork sent to me for a refund but they wont even respond t

I paid extra money for product to be delivered and the consumer did not delivery said product as promised even after emailing meThey told me that the product is done and will be shipped on said delivery dateI'm very upset because I needed said product by a certain time and the consumer told me over a few emails that they would insure deliveryThis proses a problemNow they don't wanna answer emails or chat calls

I orders a prom dress for my daughterI selected the option to have the dress delivered before the 8th for an extra charge of $on top of the delivery chargesHer prom was on the 8th of AprilI finally received a tracking number on the 7th, days later, stating that my order will be delivered on the 12thI have sent them multiple emails with no responseMy last email was letting them know I was reporting them to Revdex.comI had to rush out and buy her another prom dressI would like my money back if possible

I contacted the company via email to cancel my order multiple timesThey continued to tell me when my order would ship instead of canceling my orderAnd the last time I contacted them they told me it was too late to cancel because they had shipped it alreadyI have copies of emails to show contact, I would like to cancel the orderSince they shipped it out already, once I receive it I will mail it back for a full refund
