I do recall speaking to [redacted] on the [redacted]. I fully explained that our company sells Salvage and Some damaged merchandise. We are also a discount warehouse operation specializing in family apparel and fabric textiles. We never like to disappoint a good faith buyer...

expecting first quality then determining the product is not. Our prices are very low to reflect the condition of the product. Merchandise is marked according to the defect and in line with our pricing policies, based on quality.Our warehouse should not allow damages of her description to hit the stores as every item is inspected. In this case, however, we can only conclude that after reconsideration we will be glad to offer a full refund as requested.Her other comment regarding selling product with an expired date is unfortunate. Expratlon dates reflect shelf life not product life and yes we do at times offer this product.We would only ask further that should [redacted] continue to shop our outlet locations, she understand that our prices are incredibly low and our product is not always perfect. Jomar obviously doesn't meet her expectations. We are a true factory outlet that we are very proud of as is many of our loyal customer base since 1965.
