reasonable amount of time due to the loss of some employees.  He then said he was going to call a lawyer and sue me. It was then I said, as he quoted me, I would not be doing the job as it would be a bad working relationship. I went on to give him the names of a few other local contractors, since Mr, [redacted] does not live in the area.  I would never intentionally try to make it bad by not doing the job as he said. I tried to do the opposite by helping him find someone else to get it it done. Furthermore, we never had a written or verbal srart date.   Sincerly,
