We ourselves have not been given a timeline either.  Your lender is scheduling the return of the truck to us, once we receive the vehicle back we can have it transported to you the same day.  Your keys to the truck are with the truck, and we assume items that were not removed are also still inside the vehicle.  We will know more once it is returned to us.   Thank you,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:it is not resolved.  Because I got my truck back damaged  door handle wsd broken.  Off one of my doors.   My middle consule is broken.   My window on the passenger side wint go down  and my door on my drivers side is broken and comeing iff the door.  Probely why the window wont go down.  I also filled a complaint with tthe attony genral of texas and all my stuff that was inside of the my truck id missing.  And I also made a police report for  the missing stuff in truck and  will be fillimg charges.   With sapd the case number is sapd17049274Missing 12 piece ratching boxwrench set craftsmen.     80 piece socket set craftsmen.     Fluke volt meter with insulation testing..      3 racheting tie down straps.  Hevery duty.    4 Bottles of mens colungue  lacost, eternety   Burberry.and Tom Ford     The whole top middle consule  was filled with change  about 100dollars worth.    Hot work gloves for electricity rated at a thousand votls   with  face shileld.     High visibility   Work vest. 3 pairs.    Damage to  my laser for work.  Three books of stamps  one work jacket carheart  that was  electrical hazard protection.  phone charger for truck and. Battery pack for phone with charging cables

I am rejecting this response because: no time frame.  Really.  I had made an appoint friday the 24.  And quickly Tuesday morning yall sent off the vechical. So I need a date and time and also what about the  missing items from inside the truck.  And also my keys to my truck where not on the key rings yall returned to me on tuesday without my truck.  There is no mention of that and or what will be done about it.
