Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: no time frame Really I had made an appoint friday the And quickly Tuesday morning yall sent off the vechicalSo I need a date and time and also what about the missing items from inside the truck And also my keys to my truck where not on the key rings yall returned to me on tuesday without my truck There is no mention of that and or what will be done about it Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: it will be a week tomorrow with out my truckThat I am still paying for but dont have itCause of a few slow minded pepole in the office That cant or dont know how to readAnd made a $ mistake that I have to suck up and deal with it So no that response is unacceptable and this is getting old very quick If this keeps up I will follow legal chargesTo be comped for my loss in time and wages And suffering of haveing to borrow peoples cars to still get around and get my kids around from pratice of track and baseball And school and daycare Regards, [redacted]
