I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.

John Leveck, business owner, returned Revdex.com's courtesy call following up on this complaint and responded verbally via voice mail. He stated that the photo in question was mailed 8/8 or 8/9 and should have been received by the consumer 8/10 or 8/11. He said his staff had called her previously and asked...

her to be patient due to their workload. He acknowledged they should have gotten the picture out to her sooner, but he is sure she has both pictures by now.
