The complaint is incorrect as to the facts of the situation. I have discussed this with[redacted]'s husband as he has been the primary contact person many times.
First, I did get all of the money back in the bankruptcy that the [redacted]s were...

entitled to. They received a discharge in their bankruptcy with no issues. I hadn't heard any complaints about that until now. The bankruptcy was filed July 9, 2014.
As far as the taxes go, there is a dispute with the IRS on the [redacted]'s earned income credit. Their refund should be substantial. The IRS wanted additional information. I sent the IRS that information via fax. I doubt that there was really anything wrong, but the IRS has been underfunded and as Ms. [redacted] referenced in the complaint, they disconnect and cannot be reached. Since the time when Mr. [redacted] and I met, I have spent over 6 hours on the phone with the IRS, only to get the same results. I have now put in over 15 hours on the tax matter alone, which is a combination of IRS issues and IRS contact issues.
