Used Harris for removal of a large, year-old tree and grinding the stump Got three quotes & went with Harris based on price and customer reviews I was not disappointed as Harris was great to work with and did great work very efficiently Company personnel were very responsive I did talk with Jeremy about additional cleanup and he sent someone out right away In my experience, you can't go wrong with Harris I would definitely recommend the company
We cut down a large tree in our front yard over the weekend and hired them for stump removalWe had plans to grade, install sprinkler system, and plant the following weekendI was told the stump would be removed that week (no date or time given)I attempted multiple times to contact them near the end of the week (Thursday and Friday) and was finally told a belt had broke on one of their machines early in the week and they would not be able to get to my job until the following MondayI understand that sometimes the unexpected happens, however there should have been communication with us earlier in the week, not only when I finally nailed them downWe had to put all work on holdIt is now Monday and they are almost three hours late for the appointment they set with me on Friday, with no communication as to why or what is going onVery unimpressed with their lack of professionalism and inability to communicate with their clients

This is the best tree service I have usedThey are very professional and trustworthy I have used them several times Removing a palm tree is a nightmare for any homeowner and they were able to do this safely and effectivelyThe owner came out to inspect all the workThe workers were nice and the foreman told me what was going on at each step

12-19-After getting several quotes, this company offered the best rateI read reviews and spoke with a representative who was knowledgeableHe let me know exactly what would be done, and at what timeI was provided a written quote and additional informaliton I requestedThree of their workers arrived on time with a large truck and grinderThey were well prepared and very efficientI watched what they didThe entire job took less than an hour and a half (they said it would take 2)They hauled away and left the area cleanI was very satisfied with their workDefinitely a company to trust and use
I contacted this company for a quote on a tree removal in my back yardThe customer service seemed ok on the phoneTheir quote was higher than other companies I had come out but I felt this company was more reputableI don't mind paying more for quality serviceI was told I also needed a stump grind after the tree was removed so I scheduled the job with Harris and SonsThe crew that arrived had no idea about a stump grindThey said it was not on my job orderThey quickly removed my tree and left my yard looking horribleA crew showed up later to stump grind and my yard went from bad to worseMy yard was a mess along with other issuesI didn't get the quality workmanship that I thought I was paying forI tried to contact this company several times to let them know my displeasure but have been un successfulI thought a supervisor or sales person would like to see what their companies final product looks likeIf I would have known how poorly my yard was going to look I would have saved my money and went with the lesser of the quotes I got from other companiesLesson learned!

Shouldnt that be included? Anyway, I was waiting for more quotes to come in & I came across Harris & Sons Tree SpecialistsI requested a free quote on a Sunday night & Jeremy called me Monday morning & left a message saying he drove by, assessed the tree and quoted me $for everything!! I thought it was too good to be true! I agreed to quote, crew was out in days & literally there an hour and a half! Tree down, debris wood chipped and stump ground!! These guys don't mess around! Cleaned up everything & leftIt was crazy! I would HIGHLY recommend Harris & Sons! They are professional, quick & accommodating! After getting quotes that were all pretty close in bid they came through! They are Licensed, bonded & insured!
