Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Number one, this is NOT about what you think me and friends were doing, that is none of your business and has nothing to do with my complaint against you, just for the record, my friend only had one drink Number two, my complaint is not about you not fixing the water softenerI realize there is no fixing itMy original request was for you to fix a leaking toilet and looking at the second toilet you advised it needed new hardware as wellBecause you used the cheapest hardware so you could make a larger profit, neither one of them flushes properly and I had to have another plumbing company fix what you riggedWell it didn't work, the toilet still leaked after you left and I contacted you regarding thatYou also never provided any "receipts" that you promisedAnd because of your behavior I choose not to allow you back on my property The only additional item I asked you to do was screw in an under counter lightQuit trying to make yourself look like the poor innocent victim that got taken advantage of, you took advantage of me Any licensed plumber or electrician should provide their license number on any paper work given to a customerI have requested this a couple of times and still have not received them I do not appreciate a so called professional slandering me and my friends and calling me a liarI have attached your receipt, which doesn't breakdown any of the cost, the text messages, one of which you send this morningI asked you to work with me on refunding the plumbing issues regarding the toilet, since I had to have another company come out and fix what you didn't, and also where you accused me of harassing you, really Mr [redacted] is this how a professional of years acts towards his customers? Hired Jon to rebuild some stairsHe has NO idea what he's doingFlies by the seat of his pants and is CONSTANTLY distracted by his 'social' situationDoesn't listen to advice, argues with you incessantly if you complainDO NOT LET THIS MAN TILE ANYTHINGHe has NO idea what he's doing with tile either! Perhaps he's a decent electricianI don't knowbut I do know he doesn't have a clue about anything else in detailA little knowledge is a DANGEROUS thingHe is also greedy and looking to get ANYTHING for freeAnd I mean ANYTHINGHe screws things up and then charges YOU to fix itDO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!!!

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I won't accept as if he come by and find out what it is It isn't true that he never heard of what we were complaint about his work He is pretending that we never complaint during the construction period of time[redacted] obviously denied all the calls that I made before and after the Memorial day stormWhen we told him all incomplete projects needed to repair and touch up, he said " Your problems are not emergency, I need go help flood victims in San Marcos" After that, he never answer the phone or return the calls.Under two conditions that I will accept his request: If [redacted] agrees come by repairing/correcting the incomplete projects of what he left, I need hire [redacted] ***( [redacted] ) supervise on ***'s work according to the repair list on Revdex.com Complaint [redacted] is responsible paying Joey's hourly workWe can negotiate the cost on the repair list, this has to be accomplish in my attorney's office.If I didn't hear anything from [redacted] by next Wednesday 8/12/2015, my attorney will contact him Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I did talk with him about the adhesive when I first called him to discuss the painting of the bathroom. Also, when he was looking at the bathroom before painting I pointed that out to him and I also talked with his employee when I saw him painting over the adhesive. I was told it would look better when the paint dried. He did not tell me he could not remove the adhesive or offer to place molding over it. If he told me this and the increase of the price I would have considered it. I was not offered that courtesy. He did not call me back either. My cell phone records all missed calls placed and voice messages
I have done a lot of painting in the past and I know that the adhesive could have been removed with a little light sanding without tearing up the wall. You should never paint a surface that has not been prepared and expect a good paint job. Now that I am older and have health issues I can no longer physically do repairs. Monday I am having another painter who has done a lot of painting in mobile homes to come and look at to give me his opinion. I am confident he will tell me the same thing.
Also, the claim that this was a $job I do not agree with, I supplied the paintHe never at anytime told me this and he had me supply the paint. I was left with the clean up to do, there was paint on the floor, bathtub and faucets. My request for a full refund still stands

She did not ask me to remove the adhesive , if I tried it would tear the thin wall paper , it is a trailer and the walls are thin.it would have taken an extra hours to do the wall if I tore the wallpaper and that would coast more she wasn't going to spend .the job I did should have cost
and I only charged her I tried to call her to offer a peace of molding over the glue tape, it would look nice I tried to call her but she did answer her phone I left a message she didn't call me back

this is the first time I have herd of this complaint, the customer is a friend of mine and she never said she was unhappy, the tile jpob was over a year ago. I always did what they wanted. I don't no what to say because this is a first for me. when ever they wanted anything touched up I was...

to start off about the water softener, I do not fix water softener, all she asked me was to hook it up and add the Cleaner,when I hooked it up it had many leaks and could not be used,so I unhooked it and put it back the way I found,I did not charge her for any cleaning supply. that's ball I was...

supposed to do was hook it up and I did. I also took of 65.00 off the bill even though I had to hook it up and unhook it. I get 135 an hour for my time and I lost an hour on the job because I didn't charge her.we agreed on  a number of ideams to be fixed for the price and she kept adding more things to do which I didn't charge her for .she had friend over and they were drinking very heavy and her friend was so drunk she was in are way. I have been in business for 35 years I re build toilets all the time the kit is 20,00 dollars and have rebuilt 1oos of them it is easy. they were done correctly. she found out that they were covered under her home owners warranty after I fixed them.she had me install;l a light under her cabinet which I did for free.she was very happy with the job but her drunk friend made a comment on how much I charge.I carry a million dollar liability I charge 135.00 an hour for two of us and a 50 service fee. this job was done as a package.she called me and said one toilet had a drip I said I would come over and fix it. it is comen to have to make adjustments once in awhile. she told me that she didn't want me back. I new she was pulling a scam to get money back because of her friend complaining how much I charge. I am very good at what I do and we are clean workers. 90 percent of my customer hire me to do more work. I am sorry to say this women is an alcoholic and gets drunk every day .the three times I was there she was drinking hevaly. the job was done correctly we walked through everything I did and she was happy. that's why she paid me and I still took of 65 dollar of the bill.

I hired [redacted] to build a roof and frame and screen an existing deck and add 3 handrails to the deck steps, along with painting the outside of my house and shop. He made a list of things he was going to do for me, along with the assurance that he does quality work. The roof of the deck has been satisfactory so far. The framing of the deck was done very carelessly, poor taste in design, and did not get finished, leaving framing incomplete, screened areas undone, and screen doors hung so crooked that 2 of them will not close flush with the frame. The handrails are so hideously done that they are rickety, and the boards are just nailed on raw, crooked, and with no mitering. Although [redacted] was paid in full with the promise of returning to finish the job and fix the damage, I m having to pay someone else to remove and redo the railing, finish the screening, add trim to cover up all his mis-measured boards and gaps in the frame, rehang the doors, and finish the jobs on [redacted] s list that he didn t do. The paint job on the house was a constant battle to get him to fully cover the existing paint. I spent several days touching up areas on the house, trim, and repainting 3 of 5 doors that were left looking like a child had painted them. All of the windows around the house were covered in paint, as well as the plants and ornaments in the flower beds from [redacted] spraying under the eaves without putting protection for them. He painted my front door shut then fixed it by sticking a huge screw in the door frame to make the door open and shut easier (???), except that the screw kept the door from shutting during the 3 weeks I waited for his promised return. The door now has to be taken off and rehung to make it shut correctly. As I waited for [redacted] to return as promised (his words) and went around fixing as many of his mistakes as I could, I realized I never wanted him to come near my house again so changed my mind about trying a fourth time to reach him. Did I mention he ran over my septic pole with his giant trailer, and left it laying on the ground with wires exposed? I had to pay to get that fixed also. The only time he was nice was when there was money being given to him. Otherwise, he behaved as a tyrant towards me and his workers, and is by far the most unprofessional, sloppy, reckless person I could imagine. He seemed to think he had given me a good deal, taking advantage of knowing I had recent expenses for the loss of my husband. I ve paid more for fixing his shoddy work, lies, and careless concern than if I would have hired a real handyman in the first place. I find it hilarious that his website says "I'm all about customer satisfaction".

For the record l did call her but no answer I have the log on my phone and I did speak to her husband he was ok with it.it takes hours of plaster work to repair the wall if I peal of the remaining tape, the walls are paper thin , I am offering a decorative molding Tha she needs to pay for , this is the only salution

Any licensed plumber or electrician should provide their license number on any paper work given to a customer. I have requested this a couple of times and still have not received them.

I am rejecting this response because: As I said previously, the log on my cell shows no calls or messages.  He spoke with my husband only because my husband called him shortly after the last attempt when I tried to have a conversation with him that turned out to be very upsetting.  Being yelled at and not being able to respond is stressful.  My husband told him that he did not appreciate the way he spoke to me.  He told my husband  he would call and apologize but no call was received.  The only other comment my husband made was to acknowledge that he understood what he was saying, which is totally different then saying he was fine with the job.  He did not say he was ok with the job that was done.
As far as I am concerned the only resolution would be a full or partial refund.  It is going to cost me to have this paint job fixed.  His offer to come back into my home after being disrespected is not acceptable.  I feel that his offer should have been made when I first called with my complaint.  It should have been made in a polite and professional way with the dignity and respect I showed him.
