To Whom It May Concern, The issue between [redacted] and Jon's Body Shop has been resolved with the consumerAt this time,she is choosing to not repair her Ford TarusI have spoken with her about the misunderstanding regarding the parts to repair her automobileWe quoted a part for her car, a week or two later she calls and had me revise the estimate, Itook the price I was ea rlier quoted and inserted it on the new quoteShe then called a little while later to have us order the part and perform the repairAt that time, we ordered the part and waitedAfter waiting a few days for the part to arrive at my shop, we called to see where the part wasAt that time,we were informed that the part we were quoted had previously sold and they were not able to source a different part for the sa me moneyAt that point, my assistant called Mrs [redacted] to inform her of our issueIwas able to find a new part at a higher cost, but we did not repair the vehiclePlease let me know if you have any questions regarding this matter Shane-Owner of Johns Body Shop
