Good Afternoon,I have spoken with *** this morning as of 11:11AM on 3/15/I informed her that she would be able to use all of the prepaids on her account as soon as she re-activated her membership with usShe will be re-inlisting sometime this week and paying the $monthly membership
feeAt the time of her fee being paid - she will then have massages available for her to useShe was under the understanding that going forward with Massage Green Spa as a member, she will be paying $monthly and she will receive a one hour* full body massage for this price. We are pleased to welcome her back to becoming a member with us and are excited to see her in store for future services! Thank you for the opportunity to resolve this client complaint

MRs *** window that was broken during install is a custom unit using there previoous mutin barsAfter the unit was broken the grids were picked up by the manufactor remade and delivered to us on december we are schedule to install the unit

they called me after I filed the complaint.Thank you Revdex.com! No apologize receivedwhat made me frustrated is the customer service I receivedwe called them many times,at first we just wanted to know when the window will be availableand we were told "we will let you know when it arrives"that was the only answers we received in the past weeks!!!
it is holiday seasons, we need plan our activitiesBut we could not get any clues on when will it be availableI could not understand why I could not get an estimate arriving datesecondly, when the first the window was sent out to manufacturer, we were told the custom window will arrive in to weeks, It actually arrived in and half weeksWe thought it would be ready by Thanksgiving since they took the bar away to make a new one on Nov I am OK if they told us earlier that it may take longer time or just gave an EAT, but they offered no explanations and just one same sentence to put us total in dark
After they scheduled the installation, I sent a couple emails to ask info, never got replied
I paid them in full today anywayjust wanted to share my experience

We were called out to do an estimate in an inglass pet door on 9-4-At that time with left Ms*** with an estimate with different pricing depending on what product she would likeThe receptionist that took the deposit on 9-30-did
not add in all the chargesOnce this was accident was discovered we called for the additional down paymentWhen I spoke to Mrs *** regarding the payment she stated that her carbon copy was different then my hard copyI agreed to order the material at the deposit she had given us, and agreed to the payment termsTHe glass was order afteer we verified our measurementsIt was delivered on 11-I talked with Ms *** on 11-they day she wanted to cancal the job, and explained that since the glass was custom ordered I could not send it back, and would not be able to refund here $dollars since it is custom to here home and can not be used in another settingI was able to send back the doggy door itself which did cost us shipping and a restocking fee which I did not ask for any payment for those expencesThey cost of the glass to us was $I am willing to refund the difference of $

My overall experience with this company was completely unprofessional and unsatisfyingAt the time of my estimate, I was told that installation could occur two to three weeks after I placed my order and paid the depositTwo months after doing so, it was unclear to me if the materials had even arrivedIn my discussions with the owner of the company, his concern was not completing the contracted job to my satisfaction or providing excellent customer service but simply profiting from the arrangementThe bottom line of this business deal is that the company never provided me with any information regarding cancellation or refund policiesBecause of this, I feel I am entitled to a full refund of my $deposit

In response to Dr*** we do let our customers know that it normaly takes a few weeks for the glass to arrive, but we dont manufactor the glass and can not gurantee its deliveryThe delivery was made on 11-from the manufactor and she would have received and scheduling call that day or the next for the work to be completedOn the bottom of all our estimate sheets it does state Cancellations will be subject to the cost of any materials ordered plus a $dollar feeWe are unable to return the glass to the manufactor, but we were able to return the doogy door itselfSince we had to pay for the glass we are unable to return her seposit
