As it relates to the complaint referenced in the subject line, I am more than happy to respond to the claims being made by the customer He did indeed file a report in early July of his debit card being stolen while he was receiving medical treatment in Iowa His report was incredibly similar to the report he filed in October of 2016, in which we returned all of his funds without question or investigation The two disputes were so similar that we were compelled to do additional research, within our days allowed by *** regulations, prior to making a decision on his current dispute During that research we discovered the transactions completed in Casper (while he claimed to be in Iowa) were conducted by him We have photo evidence from a store video system In addition, one of his disputed transactions involved mechanic repair work on his car, which he then also claimed was stolen We were able to speak with the mechanic garage employees who identified our customer and provided information supporting it was indeed our customer who contracted the mechanic work He was familiar with all previous work done on the car and shared the history with the mechanic With that information and other supporting information, we declined his dispute and explained the reasoning in detail with him. Prior to declining his dispute, we were attempting to send him his remaining funds from his account During this process we were attempting to identify him, as he had also claimed he was the victim of identity theft in the past This process was not easy, as he did not have access to a bank in Iowa, nor could we find a method of identifying him with our standard methods During this process he kept sending pictures of his medicines (which we did not request) in addition to other medical facility information We did suggest he send us a picture of himself that we could match to his driver’s license on file, as we knew his only possession was his smart phone We agree this was out of the ordinary, but we were trying to identify him prior to mailing him the balance of his account and he was unable to do so with our regular methods When he resisted that idea, we used another method and sent his funds to him immediately. After we declined his dispute, the customer became very abusive and threatening to our employees He sent very vulgar and unprofessional emails to our operations manager, along with leaving her voicemails We do not appreciate or tolerate that treatment and I contacted him to tell him his access to other employees of Jonah Bank was no longer available We explained that we will send his SSDI funds to him should they not be forwarded to his new bank in time, but we will no longer do business with him As it relates to his cousin, who is an employee at another bank; I have spoken with her (we know each other well) and she has not had contact with this person since fall of last year. At this point, Jonah Bank of Wyoming has closed his account and his dispute We will no longer do business with this customer, nor will we be subjected to his threats, insults or vulgar references Kim D***Chief Financial Officer *** *** *** * *** *** ***

Ms D[redacted] and her draconian language to justify their curious 1984 totalitarian scheme is illustrative of the dealing methods of Jonah Bank clearly.I'm currently still in Iowa for medical treatment and do not have funds for legal remedy obviously. Ms D[redacted]'s claims to know my cousin I find questionable and she was NEVER audience to any conversations I had with her. I seriously doubt my cousin would have anything to do with people like Wallingford who I dealt with long distance or D[redacted] who contacted me via email making threats whom I don't know at all.In all events my August SSDI was rerouted successfully so no fear it went to Jonah Bank.I'll leave my complaint as is and note D[redacted] whoever she is emailed her reply to many people not even part of the issue whom I don't know at all either. Her behavior reads like [redacted].
