I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.It is very interesting that Mr. Davis has now decided that and I quote, "Mr [redacted]'s chimney has had a very hot flue fire. the clay tiles are cracked and broken. This fire also damaged the brick on the outside of the chimney. This chimney needs to be reworked down to the firebox that the fire was in. Until that occurs, the flashing will again fail."MR [redacted] did work on the chimney on the following dates and never stated the the above:December 12, 2011July 22, 2014August 26, 2014 Each year Chim-in-ney Cricket Chimney Sweeps, Inc, 241-7100, Mr. [redacted] cleaned and inspected the chimney and provided a written report to us with no problems. Copies can be provided.[redacted] Roofing Co. repaied the problem on 9-13-17 and make no note of the problem per Mr[redacted]
