I am quite surprised of the poor customer service with JA considering the brand that it is. I have purchased many times from JA and lately it's impossible to reach anyone on the phone or online.
I have been trying to purchase something that shows a discount code "insider" and it is not working. It continues to say that the code can't be used, when online it specifically provides the code underneath the item.

I received a Relay Call, and Kamron, wanted to know that she and the b have resolved the matter with the complaintI asked for her call back number if you should have any questions but she said to just cancel it

Review: I just had the worst experience with Jonathan Adler.

I purchased two pieces of furniture at Jonatan Adler warehouse sale on April **.

We came to this sale and where helped by guy name Mika.I was looking for particular items.he found and showed two items I was looking for.he said that he has it in the original boxes,brand new and made sure we inspected them on the spot .

He put a stickers with my name on the packed table and on the other box with the buffet.

We paid $3400.00 with Chang and where talk that delivery people will contact us next day.

No one did,and after calling many times,they agreed to deliver it today ,after 2 weeks,on May [redacted].

I didn't have a good feeling about it,and I was right.

I went to the track to inspect the merchandise.

It was not the same table and buffet I purchased.

It was used with screeches on all surfeses ,with missing shelves .

I refused to except the furniture,and delivery people took it back.

I called Jonatan Adler office and spoke to Jonny ( he made the receipt at the warehouse sale).

I tald him about the problem,and ask if they can bring my pieces that I paid for.

He said that he doesn't have it,and he can't do the refund.

My only option is to call my credit card company.

This is one of the biggest furniture companies in the country,I can't not believe how they treat a consumer.

They making furniture in China and sell it to Americam Consumer for the huge profit,but on the top of that they are running sneaky business.

I am sure they sold my stuff to their friends or family,and brougt to me and used furniture.

I think I amintitled for the full refund immediately.

I don't have the furniture in my possession ,they do.

I think this company has to have a responsibility to American consumer,that they trying mislaid .Desired Settlement: Full refund

Review: On October 20, 2014 I bought 3 tables from jonathanadler[redacted] online store.

Unfortunately, the service was not the one I would have expected from a brand like this. First the order was delivered very late and when it finally arrived It came without any wrapping or box. I have bought many many things online including furniture and had never seen a online purchase delivered without a box, contary it is always extremely over packed. Given this, my courier did not receive the items and asked to send them again well packed. I personally emailed your delivery service company and copied your customer service email asking you to please pack the items well as they were to be sent to [redacted]. On the emails we crossed you agreed on this request request. In order for you to deliver again I had to call and send several emails as it took so long for the items to be delivered again. The were finally delivered a month afer the purchase was made. I have all the email history to prove all what I am stating. Items were received boxes and were not inspected at the time of delivery. When I got them I immediately emailed customer service informing the items came completely broken and ruined as they had no protection at all, not a foam, a cardboard anything besides a piece of plastic thrown inside. I am sure the two lacquer tables could not get anywhere safely as they were each boxed together with two pieces of heavy lucite, screws and hardware all thrown together in a box with absolutely no protection at all! No separate boxes for the hardware, anything!! The same lucite and screws broke and ruined the whole table! The bases have even a missing screw and the brass table says it should have 8 small pieces and brought none! When you send out something like this it is obvious customer satisfaction is not your goal. I have pictures of the packed items in which you would agree it is impossible they had left their warehouse without being ruined.

I would expect any company to pack properly, but to make sure, I asked specifically for a type of service they agreed on and did not fulfill. Failure to do as agreed caused the merchandise to be ruined. If they had just said "NO WE CANNOT PACK THE ITEMS" I would have managed to do so myself, my items would be safely home and they would now have a happy customer.

Their answer to my claim was: "

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with our response, however as previously indicated we are not able to move forward with replacements or compensation for this order.

Again we strongly suggest that you take up a claim of damages with your freight forwarder".Desired Settlement: To resolve the problem, I would like to receive a refund to my credit card for the full value of the order and also a credit for the value of the shipping which was 900 usd (i have invoice of this service to prove this value).
