The customer had a break in their water lineI told her on the phone we do not adjust water billsShe insisted I do something about her billI told her that I would bring it before the water boardThe board's response was her line broke and we do not give leak adjustmentsThere was a letter sent to Mrs. *** stating the board's decision and follcallsShe was also informed the disconnect notice was an automatic send out and she would not be disconnectedThe water district is under the rules of the KY Public Service Commission and our tariffs do not allow for leak adjustments
