Review: Dr. [redacted] office is a G.I. clinic and are rufusing to give me a colonoscopy.I am disabled because of Crohn's disease. I am sick and in pain. I was scheduled for the colonoscopy and the day before my procedure I began to prep, which means I had to drink 8 bottles of magnesium citrate to flush my system. I could not keep the drink down. I kept throwing it up. Therefore I could not go through with the procedure. I tried calling them but no answer. I've continued to try to contact them to reschedule. Most the time they don't answer. Sometimes they answer and are rude and put me on hold and never come back. I finally got to talk to someone today. She refused to give me her name. She told me that because I missed my appointment that they would no longer help me, that I had to go out of town. Now I have to go through a whole new referral process, go to a consult appointment, then be scheduled for a colonoscopy. I'm gonna have to go out of town. I'm gonna have to find someone to take me because you have to have someone check you in and out of this procedure. I am having painful bowl movements and my food is not digesting all the way. I have been off my medication for many months due to a suspected allergic reaction. My PCP referred me so I could get all this taken care of. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I want Dr. [redacted] and his staff to be forced to start treating patients with respect and not be allowed to refuse someone treatment when there is a legitimate reason for missing an appointment. They need to be held accountable. I am in the middle of a painful flare up, if because I am having to wait so long now to get this procedure and get on medication it causes cancer or some damage the requires me to have any portion of my intestines removed I want monetary compensation. Thank you.

Review: I WENT THERE TO GET A SLEEP TEST BECAUSE MY LICENSE WAS SUSPENDED BY THE CALIFORNIA DMV. I PAID 400.00 DOLLARS CASH AND HAVE BEEN WAITING 7 WEEKS FOR MY RESULTS. I WANT A FULL REFUND SO I CAN GO TO ANOTHER SLEEP FACILITY. IT IS EURGENT FOR ME TO GET MY LICENSE (CLASS A)SO I CAN GET BACK TO WORK.I DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY ANYMORE.Desired Settlement: A FULL REFUND, SO I CAN GO TO ANOTHER SLEEP DISORDER CLINIC. HOPEFULLY TO COMPLETE THIS PROCESS QUICKLY.

I was referred to this dr from my primary care doctor and my expierence with office and its staff was one of the worst experience I have every had I will never recommend or go back to this place again. I waited foor hours as I watch patient after pateint went before me I was not impressed with this place and I will ask to recommended to another clinic.
