I have been overcharged for music lesson tuition via Zoom and have not received actionable instruction on my instruments. I am seeking a refund.
I have paid for 4 music lessons and a one-time registration fee for the month of August 2020. This was done incorrectly from the outset by an associate named *** at the physical location. After all, tuition takes care of 4 weeks of sessions at the same time schedule, weekly.***, another associate that I'd spoken another day or two later, promised me that I'd recover the cost of the extra lesson paid for by extending me a quarter discount on September's tuition. There will be no discount for me needed, because I'm getting a refund. The format for the lessons is via Zoom, in case you are wondering.

I have had a full session two weeks prior on a Wednesday, as my appointed time and date are *** on said day. ***, my instructor, gave me no actionable results to fulfill my goals of learning about the piano and guitar. I texted her over and over to know what I need to, but to no success. I even tried to take the high road and asked for another teacher at the store. After being promised by*** that I would receive a call the Monday of this current week, which is 8.17.20, I still have nothing gained and didn't even get a text alert on this date regarding my situation.

What's more is that the instructor, ***, was expecting a session on Wednesday of the current week (8.19.20), which is an example of poor communication and attentiveness on the part of the staff. I, the customer, should not have to run anyone down and relate the workings of what I am paying for to a business. My money and myself are valuable and can take a walk, as I'm doing now. I'm tired of being a gentleman when others are just trying to take advantage of me. Thank you.
