[redacted] have been advertising with my company for several years off and on They seem to complain year after year of how awful we are but still come backI have been asked for a refund from them several times over the past few years even though their ad has received tremendous exposure year after year We respond to their complaints immediately every time they have a complaint and do what we can at no additional charge including boosting their ranking at no charge, reviewing their ad and making suggestion for them to spice up their ad with new, eye catching photos, detailed descriptions, etc They never take our advice but continue to complain year after year I have been in business for over years and have thousands of customers There are a handful that try to get their money back unjustifiably I take every complaint very seriously and always honor my Rental Guarantee according to our guidelines The Rental Guarantee strictly states that is for new members Why would a customer continue to advertise with me year after year if they are dissatisfied and not getting any rentals from my site In addition to the Francheschi's not being new customers, their situation did not meet our Rental Guarantee which we spell out very clearly to avoid any problems like this If I did not have any guidelines, anyone could advertise on my site all summer and then contact me in the Fall (which happens here and there) saying they are not happy and want a refund They used my service all summer during peak season, received over 1,page views February 2015, they had family's email them requesting to reserve their property and a couple phone calls which is tremendous exposure They reactivated their ad with us on April 21, and never contacted us once all summer saying they were unhappy or to ask for help until yesterday (several months past the month rental guarantee period) after the summer season is over and they are no longer in need of rentals Below is our Rental Guarantee Thank you! We have reviewed the details surrounding this customer’s encounter.  The customer contacted IU Health Home Care and placed the order for supplies through our automated system.  Our delivery time commitment of 7-10 business days was communicated with our customer at the time the order was...

It is not by any stretch of the imagination being a handful by asking a business to do exactly what it is that they advertise and by that I mean that there was not a single night rented let alone a week through the season. $400 for an ad that does not show anywhere near the top of the search results and leads to absolutely zero business is an absolute ripoff.
