I was impatient. Actually Jonda is an excellent, intelligent, and honest individual. She has followed up from last year and gave some more excellent advice. Do not hesitate to use her services.
I would NEVER use JondaKnows again! Once she signed us up to transfer an annuity to the one she recommended, customer service was non-existent. Papers were signed for the transfer on August 28, 2018. As of yesterday October 3, 2018, Jonda claimed that she had yet to receive the new policy.
