Jonell's Nails

Review: On Sunday 07/18/2014 I went to a local nail shop called Jonell's Nails which I have been on several occasions. On this day I received service as usual and proceed to pay. The worker swiped my debit card in the amount of $43.50,and she stated that the funds did not go through. Once the card was swpied I immediately received a text message stating that the funds were taken out. I proceed to show her and she stated that it didn't and I would have to pay with cash and that I would need to come in with my bank statement to show proof that the funds were taken out. I paid with cash and had the work write me out a receipt to show that I paid with cash as well as debit, which I have. On the following day 07/19/2014 I contacted Jonell's Nails to let her know that they double charge me and that I have the proof. Linda stated that she was not willing to repay me my $43.50 and that she was busy. I am extremely upset being that I paid $87.00 in total and this company is not willing to repay me even with my proof. Like I said before I have received services from this company before and I want my $43.50 back. They are trying to rip me off!Desired Settlement: I want my $43.50 refunded as soon as possible. I have proof that The funds were taken out of my account from my bank statement as well as a written and signed receipt from the business stating that I paid cash as well.
