Had Jonathan C. from Jones & Sons Plumbing come on 6/18/2020. Called at 8:00am that day and he was there in 30 minutes, and fixed the problem with the toilet. Very courteous, and knowlegeable. Service was fast and the price was very reasonable.

We just moved into a new condo, and I noticed right away that we had several plumbing issues to be resolved. After researching and reading reviews, I selected Jones & Sons, which is also nearby. The service requested required that the condo association be notified, so that they could alert residents that water service would be shut off during the repair. The service was completed this morning by Mike, one of their plumbing technicians, and I couldn't be more pleased. The work done was very professionally, efficient, and reasonably priced. The maintenance supervisor for the condo association stopped by to assess the work being done, before and after completion. He was so impressed with the quality of service, that he was asked by the president of our condo association to "get a business card for future reference". It makes me feel good that research pays off, and reading honest reviews is invaluable. Thanks Jones & Sons for a job well done!

James & Son's Plumbing is the absolute best Plumbing company I personally have ever called upon! I will now use them exclusively for any plumbing issues as they arise! Very responsive, prompt, skilled bunch of people! Their prices are very reasonable as well!

I had a leaking garbage disposal. I called Jones & Sons who sent a plumber (Mike) who arrived in 20 minutes! Mike inspected the problem, went out to the truck, came back with all the necessary tools and proceeded to disassemble the Garbage Disposal. He cleaned all the parts, installed new sealant and put everything back together. All in 25 minutes! What an outstanding man!

Plumber was courteous, knowledgeable, & clean. Price was absolutely reasonable.

We recently had Jones & Sons Plumbing to our home to remove a garbage disposal. Jason was prompt in arriving, was able to answer all of our questions in a very professional manner, completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up everything. They are extremely particular about their work and go out of there way to make sure you are happy with the end result. They are very competitive price wise and reliable (they show up when they say they are going to be there). I highly recommend them and have done so with my neighbors!

I just moved into an older mobile home and the tub was leaking non stop. I was referred to a handy man who guaranteed me that he was the cheapest around. He was cheap alright. He didn't charge me anything. He also didn't fix it. Jones and Sons Plumbing company was recommended to me by a properly licensed and insured commercial plumber, someone I met in the parking lot of Home Depot. He said he'd be glad to do the job but that Jones and Sons company specialized in mobile homes and that this was a family owned, long in business company who would do me right. James came out within a couple days, was very professional and thoughtful to respect social distances. He worked efficiently and knew exactly what was wrong upon setting eyes on the problem. I felt the charges were reasonable and more than fair. I can see why another professional plumbing company would recommend a specialty company like Jones and Sons and I am very grateful they did. No more drip drip drip Chinese water torture at my place!
