I am rejecting this response because:He still has the vehicle and has not repaired it. We have never received a title to the vehicle. How can he charge a broker fee on a car that does not run or we do not have.
Sincerely,

1/08/2018: We do not have a car. He says that he will give us our money but it will be less a $350.00 broker fee, but how if we don't have the car? The first car had problems so he sold me a 626 Mazda (2001). I was giving him a $1,400 down payment but it was in the shop so he rented me a Trailblazer for two days. It should have been ready but it wasn't the original car because it ran into a problem. I had the Mazda 626 for less than 24 hours and it was running hot and it stopped. He took it to his mechanic's house that was 5 minutes away from my house. The car was smoking and it stopped. I got a diagnostic test  that indicated it was an oil cooling signal, so I drove to my cousin's house and  left the car in [redacted]s' parking lot on [redacted]. He said the car was going to be ready but it wasn't  and I didn't have the car or money. He gave me $100.00 out of his pocket and says that he had to check with the company. He said that I owed him a broker fee. He said the car had a one week warranty on it. 1/08/2018: Copies of the rental car agreement & contract sent and pictures were sent.1/22/2018: The text stated on 8/24/17, a request for a refund for the down payment of $500.00 and [redacted] responded asking for a copy of the broker agreement and pictures. I responded it was already attached on the bottom of the text. The next response was we do see the broker contract and pictures and we are processing your refund (Mazda 626) and you should receive it in 48 hours.1/29/2018: Mediator left message with customer.1/29/2018: We shouldn't have to pay a brokerage fee because we don't have the car and this is a scam. He said he was going to give my money back.
