My truck lurched in to Jones Auto Parts on my way back to Annandale, VA. Clearly I wouldn't make it home on my own, and my husband advised me to find an auto parts store nearby. What a good thing for me that Jones Auto Parts was the closest one! [redacted] and the other employees quickly diagnosed the probem, found the parts to fix it, and stayed an hour and a half past closing time to repair my truck. When my husband requested a limited repair to save money, [redacted] did as instructed and test drove the vehicle to make sure it was safe to drive. Later, safely back home, my husband attested to the quality of the repairs. In short, the service I received was personal, polite, skilled, of excellent quality, and completely in my best interest under circumstances in which a lesser shop would have found it easy to take advantage of me.
