Rude from the get go and then made up things to be wrong with vehicle with outlandish pricing
Two days for an inspection, finally had to call to see if our car was ready, only to be told it failed, after taking it to a discount tire place I returned to Jones auto and was informed that it would take another 2-days for re-inspection Their customer service is the worst in our area, just google and you will see nothing but negative comments/reviews
