is also upset about speed limit being set so high, that is something we, as a small business, have no control over. The State of Texas/Government sets that. Work being done on I-10  and how much rock is being laid on HWY is given to us on a contract with plans to follow by engineers who work for TXDOT. A TXDOT employee is on our job sites daily to make sure we are in compliance to their safety regulations.
