5pm on Christmas eve, and the furnace no longer working...left a voicemail and got a call back within minutes [redacted] was on call (also the one who serviced our equipment earlier this year) and calmly went through the options, then made his way to the house - while we were having our Christmas dinnerHe worked quickly and quietly, left the house to get a part from the [redacted] , came back to install and install a new blower motorI cannot thank [redacted] enough for his professionalism and great attitude!

Francis Plumbing and Heating installed a gas direct vent water heater and a modulating gas furnace in my home. They were great. To my eye they did a very good job. Everything seems to be working as it should. Jesse explained everything to me, put down tarps to protect my hardwood, and cleaned up when they were done. All in all very professional
I recently had Francis Heating and Plumbing install a furnace and air conditioner in my mother's condo. The job had its challenges, given that we needed to move the furnace down into the crawl space with new duct work, a new exhaust location and accommodating the issues posed from not having a full basement. My furnance stopped working on a cold winter night. Francais Plumbing and heating showed up in no time. The technician was friendly, professional and spent time explaining the system and options for replacing it some day. As it turns out, the tech eventually discovered my 50-year boiler furnance was leaking and no longer safe to operate. Francis provided me space heaters free of charge, then a quote, and suggested other companies that do a lot of boiler work so I could get other quotes.
They responded to my questions about warranty and such.
The installation started the next day. To my eye the installation was well done - piping work well layed out and clean soldering, exterior venting and electrical work excellent, etc. The new furnance, which also provides domestique hot water, works really well.
I am pleased to recommend DR Francis Plumbing & Heating. Today, I had a [redacted] installed into a small tight space which included moving an appliance wedged in. In just an hour two very professional and knowledgeable technicians got the job done perfectly. They answered my questions, meticulous cleaned the work area and were very polite. I am happy with the service provided.
