I have attached a short correspondence that I had with customerWe have made several attempts to get Mr *** in to repair the spray in linerThe original liner was sprayed in 12-1-and was brought back months later with a large scratch in bedliner from something heavy getting slid
across itWe elected for customer satisfaction to prep and re spray liner for customerWhen customer got truck back he noticed a small spot peeling on a panel that bolts onto tailgateThis panel can easily be removed and sprayed againOur bedliner material and our workmanship both have warranty, Mr *** elected not to have us repair the panel and slander us on CraigslistAs far as refunding his money, Jamie the *** *** asked Mr *** if he would like a refund but he needed to check with upper management to see if that was an optionThe owner and myself want to try to fix the problem customer is having

Tim [redacted]The person responding to my complaint has never even seen my truck in person so any comment made by him is just speculation. This dealership has been unpleasant to work with and the quality of their work in my opinion is poor. As you can tell I'm willing to loose the cost I paid for a service that this dealership was unable to handle is testimony on how bad their work really is. I would rather not do buisness with them than to let them continue to damage my vehicle any further. I hope others learn from this so I feel I have got something out of this effort. There are better Dealers in our area. Just ask your neighbors. I wish I had!
