Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] The information the business sent to the Revdex.com is not accurateI was told when I scheduled the appointment that the destination fee is $but as I mentioned in my complaint I specifically asked on the phone does the $include the arrival AND DISCONNECT of the gas line and I was told yesI was never told "not until then could that cost be provided" as they state in their responseUpon arrival the technician told me it would cost $so yes, I was absolutely MISLEDFurthermore, the following statement from the company's response is also not accurate and completely false" [redacted] was made aware that if not completely comfortable we would leave with absolutely no charges whatsoever"In fact, the technician stated that if I did not allow the service then the $arrival fee would still be chargedThe company also stated in their response "We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction"I do not call being lied to and swindled 100% customer satisfactionI call that a law suit waiting to happenI still request that my complaint be publicly posted because if they are doing this to me then obviously they are doing this to othersI would hope that other customers read my complaint and choose to do their business elsewhere Regards, [redacted]

As we received a service request by ***, it was explained there was a destination fee of $and upon arrival we can look at specifically what needed to be done and provide a cost at that pointBut not until then could that cost be providedIf the work is completed at the time of the initial
visit the destination feee is applied to that work(basically it just disappears.) The service call was put on our schedule.Upon arrival the destination fee was provided and *** stated that he was told the entire job would be $The destination fee policy was explained again and cost for the job was provided to the customer. We were aware at that point *** wasn't happy, feeling that he was misled*** was made aware that if not completely comfortable we would leave with absolutely no charges whatsoeverThe $isn't worth an unsatisfied customerThe response was "you're here just do it"In addition to the disconnect the existing piping required the installation of additional support hangers.The work was completed as specified and payment was received.We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction

I was told when I scheduled the appointment that the destination fee is $89 but as I mentioned in my complaint I specifically asked on the phone does the $89 include the arrival AND DISCONNECT of the gas line and I was told yes. I was never told "not until then could that cost be provided" as they state in their response. Upon arrival the technician told me it would cost $198 so yes, I was absolutely MISLED. Furthermore, the following statement from the company's response is also not accurate and completely false. "[redacted] was made aware that if not completely comfortable we would leave with absolutely no charges whatsoever". In fact, the technician stated that if I did not allow the service then the $89 arrival fee would still be charged. The company also stated in their response "We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction". I do not call being lied to and swindled 100% customer satisfaction. I call that a law suit waiting to happen. I still request that my complaint be publicly posted because if they are doing this to me then obviously they are doing this to others. I would hope that other customers read my complaint and choose to do their business elsewhere.
