My initial impression was good when they came for the first estimateI had to postpone the work for a few months and when I tried to get the job started it was very hard to get in contact with themWhen I did they told me I needed a new estimateWe played phone tag for weeks and when we did make an appointment, they did not show! I never received a phone call telling me an excuse or to rescheduleI guess this company does not like to deal with "small jobs"If they didn't want to do just say so and not waste peoples timeIt wasted my time
