Jones Engineering

Jones Engineering had a promo with Arkansas Daily Deals for 2 hours of Electrical service which I purchased. They are not qualified for electrical service calls since they used the 2 hours on a wiring issue that they could not resolve. Ed was suggesting to run new wiring from the fan to the switch, which would have been extra, unwarranted expense and would not have solved the problem. He would not listen to the fact that the fan was working prior to their service call, but not properly. His comment was "We can stand here and argue all day. I will just refund your money". He has not refunded the purchased service price paid as stated. I called a qualified electrician immediately after they left. He had it fixed within 30 minutes by re-wiring the switch connections. I do not recommend this company.
