We ( [redacted] ) entered a rental agreement with the expectation of the rental property being "move in ready" with all necessary things water, power, heat and anything needed to live and function on a day to day basisWhen we were about to move in to this property and had turned power on and water, we went to the residence and found that there was no water running to the property even though the water meter was on, and the heat was not working not even on emergency heatThe failure of the property being in livable conditions upon being able to move in, voided the lease agreementOn January 1st we had signed the agreementOn January 6th we backed out of the agreement and had still not yet signed the lot lease which is a package deal with the trailer on the property at [redacted] NCMy significant other and I are responsible for providing a safe and livable place for our four children and this place was not acceptableThese were inadequate living
