Review: I paid Mr j[redacted] to put my septic system in in the fall of 2013 and he was supposed to come back in the spring of 2014 to finish the install. I called him several times left several messages and even spoke with Mr J[redacted] he claimed he was too busy and would never set up a time to come back. I had tried this year also but he will not answer or return my calls. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I also have a contract that states he is to come back and finish. If possible I would like a refund of 10 % and Mr J[redacted] not to come back, his work was not satisfactory at all!Desired Settlement: What I would need to do is get two tri axle loads of topsoil to fill in what he did not finish and labor for the use of the equipment to do the job. I am requesting $1,500.00, 10% of the original price which was $15,000.
