Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
MrJ*** has not done anything in his response to my complaint other that do do exactly what I expected him to do, which is to shift blame back to the me, the consumer Please reference your other complaint(s) about MrJ*** and you will see that this sort is common for himHe does shoddy work and refuses to accept responsibility I was appalled, but not at all surprised, that MrJ*** did not even bother to spell words correctly, or use any punctuation, in his reply to my complaint I suspect that his college degree that he claims to have is about as realistic as his business license He asserts here that he has all his photos and documents to try to intimidate me Last I knew, he was not even able to tell me where he purchased the tile from I will be seeing him in court
Regards,

cost and then furthermore the personal issues that caused her to request cheaper services. As for the claims I didnt use enough nails thats cause I dont nail down underlayment its screwed down using backer on screws unfortunitly I may have mislisted the container size on her invoice but luckly I have photograghic proof as to how many screws I placed in each sheet as do I have photos of all the work completed for Mrs [redacted] and the supplies. I dont wish to offer any other statement about her claims nor do I wish to try and harm or discredit her any further. I will however confirm that I did many other jobs for her and none of those have had issues to date that I know of. Also have original reciepts for all purchases and original sample selected by [redacted] and [redacted] given to me to take and make sure I purchased what they selected. Luckly I keep accurate records of all communications and have always returned her calls, emails, and facebook messages within a reasonable amount of time except on Sundays when I am Closed and even then responded to let her know Id contact on the next day during business hours all reasonable requests I feel. I dont agree with the customers requested settlement. Thanks,Marvin J[redacted]Jones Flooring & Tile

Review: Jones Flooring and Tile Co. was hired to install ceramic tile in my kitchen. The original contract was different then what was presented in the beginning. In addition, I called him back three days after the installation to indicate to him that I had loose tiles. This project went past the agreement time that December 2, 2013 and was completed on December 12, 2013. He indicated to me that it would take four days not two weeks. [redacted] didn't get back to my home until May to look at the loose titles. At that time he indicated that I had to paid an additional 200..00 for the repairs plus supplies. I had already invested over $3,000 in this project. In addition, [redacted] indicated that I had did something to the floor and all I did was mop the floor. The section of the floor that he repaired from water damaged is the section that has the loose tile. Since his visit, I have contacted other companies to look at the problem and it was indicated to me that the section that was repaired was not installed correctly with the proper wood or foundation. When the floor settled it caused the tiles and gout to become loose. I take pride in my home and this does not meet my approve. When I question the high price, he became very belligerent, indicated that he would get a lawyer. People that act the way he does know they are wrong. In addition, everything he removed was not placed back correctly. He broken items and charged me for replacement. He overcharged me on the final invoice and became extremely argumentative when I question the price. He was over paid what he charged and I have the original invoices. He never cleaned up any of his waste and left all that for me to do. He indicated that he would come and retrieve his trash and he never did. I have never met anyone that deals with the public that interact with customers the way he does. I would not recommend anyone to his company. He has no customer relation skills. I wish I had never hired him to work in my home. It has been a costly learning experience for me as well as a nightmare.Desired Settlement: My desire settlement would be a refund of $500.00 for failure to complete the job correctly and for me to hire someone else to complete the job. Also, this include $175.00 that I was overcharged. I do not want [redacted] back into my home.
