"There is a consigned item remaining in our possession, Lot We are in the process of clearing out our warehouse and would ask that you make arrangements to have them picked up In the event that we either do not receive a response from you or your items have not been picked up by 7/7/we will have to charge storage fees of $10.00/day."

This is not a forthright auction house They are deceptive in their presentation and will sell you something they know is broken, purposely not disclose the damage, and then will hide behind a condition report which shows they knew about the damage that should have been disclosed in the first place
