Hi,I wrote a complaint using my cell phone and after it was submitted I realized that it didn't make sense and was incorrect.Desired resolution is actually to have the repairs finished Problem is we did a walk through with the builder and he did not complete the work and we can not move in and
if we try to talk to him he tells us off and is acting like he completed the repairs.

Dear Sir or Ma'am,I am writing you in response to the aforementioned case number regarding a complaint from *** ***As the evidence will show, *** *** has not been truthful in her complaintIf needed, all of my responses can be proven with documentation.1) She claims the purchase date of the home was *** ** ***In fact, the purchase date was in *** *** ***.2) she claims the purchase price was *** when in fact it was ***.3) after selling the home last year, we did rent the home back from *** *** through *** *** ***There was a month to month lease agreement in place which clearly outlined her as the landlord and our company as a tenantUpon termination of the lease, the landlord asked for a formal walk-through of the home in the same style that would occur upon the initial purchase closing of the houseWe were happy to perform this walk-through and allow her to point out the items she felt needed to be corrected by means of marking them with blue tapeEach and everyone of these items were added to the contract addendum which was signed by all parties to the transactionAll items on the list were completed and documentation can be provided in the form of invoices and letters from the appropriate subcontractors and tradesmen to show thisUpon completion, we inspected the home with *** *** who then approved all repairs since his wife was unavailable.A few days later their daughter came to the house and placed ** new pieces of blue tape on the walls and demanded that we send all of the contractors in tradesmen back to do additional workBy contract, this was not authorized and we were not obligated to repair these items*** *** is currently holding a *** security deposit which she is unwilling to release unless I can form to her demands.With all of this said, I don't believe this is a situation that warrants the Revdex.com getting involved as this is nothing more than a landlord/tenant disputeAt this point, our attorney has filed a cease and desist order against *** *** for her public defamation of our company and we are prepared to sue her for damages due to loss of business resulting from her defamation.Should any documentation be necessary to prove The points made above, please feel free to reach me directly at *** or simply respond by emailI'd be happy to provide anything necessary to resolve this matter.Respectfully,*** ***
