could pick up his device. A few days later this customer’s phone was still not picked up and we desperately needed a home button for another customer’s phoneWhile attempting to satisfy another customer our technician made a bad judgment callIn all honesty he robbed Peter to pay PaulThe technician had planned on placing an overnight order to replace to home button that he had borrowedWhen the customer came in to pick up his phone we explained to him what had happened.
