This hotel in Merced, CaHas the WORST customer service and no customer service, and has now kept money from my deposit that they require people to leave for an absolute lieI have tried MANY times to speak to the manager who wont return calls and she did email once but only to say NoTheir online corporate contact just takes the info and passes the info to the individual hotels so issues that happen never get resolved and their manager still gets a job and has now I believe in retaliation for a bad review we had left, has now taken it upon herself to keep $of our deposit, stating we stained a hand towel and floor mat, which we did not do She cannot come up with the items and refuses to refund our money and it is now over the point of the issue
