Complaint #? [redacted] ? has not been resolved yet because we have been waiting to receive the product.? We finally received the screen door last week and it was bent/damaged in transit.? So, we called Mr [redacted] to inform him of the unfortunate information.? We offered to come out to take care of the other problems so he didn't have to continue to wait.? He declined and said he just wanted us to come out to take care of everything at one time once the screen door arrives.? So, the screen door should be here? within weeks, and soon as it arrives we will go to his house to deliver it and take care of the other problems.? We've communicated everything with Mr [redacted] .? ? Thanks!

I'm responding to customer complaint # ***. We have spoken to the customer and reassured him that we will come out to assess his patio door to determine what needs to be done so it operates correctly. The screen doors are on order. We expect them to arrive in 2-weeks.
Unfortunately, we've had problems getting screen doors from our "regular" supplier, so we reordered them from another supplier who promised us 2-week delivery. So, when we get the screen doors in Tucker who is the installation manager will go to the customers house to deliver the screen doors and to fix any problems with the patio door. The company finally called me back after I lodged my complaint with the Revdex.com They promised to have a technician out as soon as possible That was over two weeks ago and I have heard nothing since I hope to not have to pursue legal action to get the job completed or my money back. Sincerely,
