Jones Paving & Excavating

Jones Paving is not to be trusted. Very unprofessional. I didn't see his work closely for a couple of days (cause you can't walk on the newly coated driveway). Then I saw that they'd never filled in the long cracks, as had been agreed to. They also tracked tar footprints onto our bluestone steps. They also were very messy from the start, leaving loose stuff all over the driveway and even the road, when they created a needed patch to fill a depression. I had to clean it up myself.
After they laid down the seal, they left the empty tar cans for us to dispose of, too. I called to complain. [redacted] assured me they'd return, giving the reason that he had to wait to get the "right material", which he'd ordered. After waiting 2 more weeks, and leaving phone msgs (without getting a return call), he's not calling back to finish the driveway and clean the prints, as he'd promised. With this warm weather, there is no excuse. We were screwed. BTW, his "guarantee" is nowhere on the receipt which he hurriedly wrote up and gave me, which I insisted on receiving.
I've had driveway work several times in my lifetime. This is the only time I have been dissatisfied.
