We would like it noted for the record that Mr. [redacted] was alright with the fact that that there was another applicant. When I told him that we would be making a decision shortly, what did he think we were making a decision on? It was not a problem until the other applicant got the house. Mr. [redacted] did not gi*e us an earnest deposit to hold the house, only application fees, and those do not hold a house. It is not our policy to refund applications fees, & I am confident that other property management companies ha*e the same policy. We will refund Mr. [redacted]'s application fees within the next two weeks to the address he listed on his application, unless instructed otherwise. Thank you for your patience in this matter.
