that she never contacted me during the stay that she was just trying to get a free stay in NYC, I did give her $back just by way of compromise She also mentions going outside of AirBnb, but that was her doing; see correspondence below I’ll attach the last letter I wrote to *** ***f, which explains the entire situation Please let me know what I need to do to make this situation more fair and not democracy run amok This person should not be allowed to try to take down a well-respected business with excellent reviews simply by spending minutes typing on your website
