Jonesboro Cycle & ATV

In the past six months, with same bike, we've: been put on hold for hours, been lied to repeatedly about when parts will be in (and I do understand supply chain issues), lied about service being done on the bike (picked up today and were told parts we had been waiting for were installed - they were NOT), they claimed they completed all the required service for the 7000 mile service (we have a service plan that covers all maintenance) but they did not do it all. When we bought the bike, we did not apply for, authorize, or request a credit card, but a short time after buying it a credit card showed up in the mail. This just barely scratches the surface of the horrible treatment my son and I have had from the finance, sales, service, and parts departments. They are awful and I do not understand how they possibly have any customers left.
