Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below In their exact words, it states that if it is not paid within days they would charge the account at that time However, if they did not give me the days notice to be able to pay for the citation The ticket was not a hard copy ticket and the only notice was given to them The only time I became aware of the citation is when they pulled the money from my account This is not a justifiable action and their practice is unprofessional and deceptive practiceTheir contract is not clear for the consumer and they need to either change the wording or allow the consumer the time to pay the ticket when they were given the ticketEspecially since the ticket was not due until March 22, a month laterThis charge is unwarranted and therefore unauthorized, because it is not what I agreed to and does not apply to what I initialed and consented to.At NO TIME DID I AGREE TO PACIFIC RENTAL CAR CHARGING THE HANDLING FEE WITHOUT BEING ALLOWED THE DAYS TO PAY THE TICKET.I am entitled to my refund of $125Most importantly, I object to the $Handling fee because Failure to notify, and Not given the days notice and the Revdex.com should look into this business as an entity who uses deceptive tactics.Thank you for your time, Sincerely, [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

In our contract we paid $for the tags and license plateJS AUTO has said that they had received these in the shop but they want more money for themI contacted the dmv and they told me I could go to them and get the plates for $so I know that the $covers itThe things that they promised us they would fix was a verbal contract therefore that's shady business on their partI just want my plates and tags I already paid for

Please see attached the information and documents signed and agreed by the customer.Please notice the language in the contract as per line #under paragraph "Other Terms and Conditions," the renter was informed and agreed to:"I Authorize Pacific Rent A Car to charge my credit card a $handling

customers folder and reviewed everythingI reviewed the due bill signed by the customer and confirmed that nothing was promisedWe sale all our vehicles and all our customers are aware of thatThe owner did fix the seats for the customer even tho it was not promised on the due billThe vehicle is transferred under the customers name but their is a balanced dueThe contract the customer signed specifically states that the DMV fees are estimated because we are unaware of the fees until we go to DMV and transfer the vehiclePlease email me or give me a call for any other questionsThank you!  In their exact words, it states that if it is not paid within 7 days they would charge the account at that time.  However, if they did not give me the 7 days notice to be able to pay for the citation.  The ticket was not a hard copy ticket and the only notice was given to them.  The only time I became aware of the citation is when they pulled the money from my account.  This is not a justifiable action and their practice is unprofessional and deceptive practice. Their contract is not clear for the consumer and they need to either change the wording or allow the consumer the time to pay the ticket when they were given the ticket. Dear [redacted],This email is our written response to the complaint submitted on 1/4/2018 by [redacted] with ID [redacted] we have gathered all the information pertaining to this complaint and have attached it to this email.Customer [redacted] rented a vehicle on 11/3/2017 upon...

the check out she was walked around the vehicle with one of our Agents to inspect the car for any damages she signed the Check out slip (attached in file) which stated no marks meaning no damage to Vehicle,  upon returning the vehicle Agent did a walk around inspection and noticed the damage on right lower of door (attached pictures) Customer was then asked,  How she wanted to handle the Damage she did not want to take responsibility for it therefore at that time Contract could not be closed until it was resolved there was a $250.00 deposit which is taken to cover any damages to the vehicle which at that point it was not taken, since the Customer was not being cooperative this claim was sent to our Claims/Legal Department where there they were able to collect 2 checks her deductible and the check from her Insurance which covered the damages (attached Estimate). All proper procedures where followed by our office please see all attached.Thank you,
