reinspect the vehicle. The customer agreed to complete the purchase after the inspection was finished; however due to a personal issue she needed the car available for pickup no later than the 24". While test driving the vehicle in preparation for inspection we noticed an intermittent airbag light would appear then disappear. The airbag system is not a requirement for vehicle inspections and does not affect the normal functioning of the vehicle; however, we notified the customer of the issue before purchase and she agreed to have the issue resolved by a mechanic of her choice. When the vehicle left our facility there was no noticeable engine issues and all electrical systems were functioningnormally with the exception of the airbag light. Understandably, it is impossible to predict issues that may occur in the future with used vehicles, but our customers are always welcome to take vehicles to a mechanic of their choice before purchase to receive a second opinion or to purchase various third party warranties. This customer did not choose to do either. After the car was purchased we do not have any record of the customer contacting us with any of the issues mentioned with this vehicle. We keep normal business hours of Monday through Friday 9:00-5:00 so there is no reason why we could not have been notified of any issues with a phone call or personally visiting our office. Once the vehicle left our premises on 5/24/16 we did not have any indication there were problems with the vehicle, nor have we had an opportunity to examine the vehicle for any of the alleged issues mentioned in the complaint. Ultimately, the car was purchased as-is, and all sales are final. We do pride ourselves on making sure the customer is happy with every vehicle they purchase and we make every effort to correct issues that occur within a reasonable time after purchase, if we are made aware of the issue.Sincerely,
