To Whom It May Concern,   The issue between [redacted] and Jon's Body Shop has been resolved with the consumer. At this time,she is choosing to not repair her 2008 Ford Tarus. I have spoken with her about the misunderstanding regarding the parts to repair her automobile. We quoted a part for...

her car, a week or two later she calls and had me revise the estimate, Itook the price I was ea rlier quoted and inserted it on the new quote. She then called a little while later to have us order the part and perform the repair. At that time, we ordered the part and waited. After waiting a few days for the part to arrive at my shop, we called to see where the part was. At that time,we were informed that the part we were quoted had previously sold and they were not able to source a different part for the sa me money. At that point, my assistant called Mrs. [redacted] to inform her of our issue. Iwas able to find a new part at a higher cost, but we did not repair the vehicle.
