The very last time I went into joost vapor, I actually left without buying anything because of the poor treatment I receivedI went into the Grandville location about December of While I was in the store I was looking for a high end modI asked the Employee a question about it, he said "I dont know" and continued talking to what seemed like one of his friendsI immediately had another question but I was ignoredHe made a sale to his friend while I was staring at him the whole time, looking confusedJoost Vapor has some of the highest prices around, the flavors are vapeable, but not my favoriteSo its not worth it to endure bad service for little to no reward

I purchased a product that according to their website it states x9x10cm and I got a giant size told them they said no return
Ok if you go to JOOST vapor.com you will see the bag I purchased for dollars it has dimensions listed in cm x9x10cm is exactly the dimensions well break that down into inches and its like 7x1x....my item is way to big ....just got the item email them as to return item they said to bad no refunds even tho I said their description is way off as to actual product

An item was purchased and was unneededIt was not opened all plastic still covering box and a receipt was hadThe business denied return
An item was purchased that was unneeded after a faulty sale of another itemThat was nine days out of the day return poliveyThe item pirchased tbat is unneeded is still in the box unopenedThe original reciept that was given was with the product trying to be returnedThere is no reason this can notbe taken back and resold as isWe have had nothing but issues with the customer service atthis store unless being taken care of by one individualAll others seem to lack of knowledge and customer service skillsNone the less this is unnecessary

I placed an oder online at the company website weeks ago, never received order and cannot get a response after numerous attempts via email and calls
I placed an order 7/1/via www.joostvapor.Com my order number is *** I've attempted to resolve the issue via there email and website and haven't received any response despite numerous attempts I also called store locations asking for help and was told they don't have any phone number to contact corporate and was told by store they will email the shipping department and someone will contact me but never received any call or emailI still am waiting for my order the j was charged for ND cannot receive any response from the company to find out what's going on or how I can get the product I paid for or my money refunded to my credit csrd
