At the time this person was at our business, we did charge .18 per KwH. It included the meter usage/line charge and the KwH used. They did use 1349 KwH. They were chge 1392(received refund of 43KwH the next day). =$250.56 + 13.40...

There were plenty of sites that had meters at it. They placed us at a site that had to have a portable meter. I was not informed that there was a charge for the usage of the portable meter. The refund I received was because they had subtracted the usage wrong and told me it was a typo. It amounted to a little over $8. I believe this is just a way for them to make more money and scam more for the electricity.

I just wish to have my complaint published. This may prevent someone else from getting overcharged for electricity at this KOA.

The KwH included a METER USAGE/LINE CHARGE. Every site that gets metered has this charge. Everything we charge for electric goes to pay for the electricity and our fees for the electric. We do NOT make any money on the electricity.
