He requested that I never return to his property (which is rude,? unprofessional, and demonstrates his IMpolite and INdecorous behavior), and I have no intentions of letting him or his incompetent staff touch or damage my car again.Seeing that I do not want his "free" car wash, he should refund me the $20+ tax that I have regretfully already I? paid himThis $can go towards the cost to repair the damages that his business causedAs I stated in my original complaint, I have pictures of the damages, as well as pictures of my UNcleaned carBy not refunding me the price of the car wash, he is pretty much getting paid for damaging my car and not providing the agreed upon service (a car wash).? Dear *** ***:I have received your letter regarding Ms*** Vehicle ScratchesFirst I would like to say that we take a pride in what we do and diligently tryto resolve any issues that occur at Star Car WashWe wash over 45k cars a year and have never had an issue of scratching
carsWhen Ms*** cameback and claimed we scratched her car, l inspected her car and was nice and polite trying to explain to her what might have happened but, not hereat the car wast was very small scratches likely caused by something else other than car wash but she insisted that the person who had wipedher car had small rocks in their towelIf there was a rock in the towel it would have been deep scratches in a circular motionRegarding her carnot being clean it is a misunderstanding of our scope of a full service car wash done in min vsa detail that costs over $and takes - hours.We believe Ms*** claims have no merit, however to try and keep her as a happy customer we would like to offer her the chance to come back andreceive a free car wash on us.Sincerely,Simon *** Star Car Wash
