Review: I signed a contract and paid for wood rot restoration and repair and the installation of a new back door. The labor and material for the back door was quoted as $675. The contractor never installed the back door. After several months of complaints, the contractor emailed me and promised to refund the cost of the entire project. I replied that I would be satisfied with a refund for the cost of the door of $675. The contractor replied that he would provide the refund. After another month the contractor has not provided the refund and does not respond to any of my telephone or email messages.Desired Settlement: A simple refund of $675 is all that is required.

Jorca Contractors Inc. completed the wood rot repair with 65 man hours for a total $5720.00 and $744.00 in material, for a grand total of $5892.78(a 10% was given for being an Angie's [redacted] member).
